Refund policy

Every customer is entitled to change their mind and return a watch for an exchange or full refund within 14 days providing the watch is in the exact packaging as it was received. Make sure the plastic is still on the watch face and base. Leather watches should be securely fastened within the Vitae box sliding the strap with the adjustment holds inside the elastic band and the watch facing upwards. Finally, the Vitae manual should be placed in-between the watch straps. All returns should be sent back to our London location and an email sent to our returns department at returns@vitaelondon.com Once we have logged your return request you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will take place between 10-12 working days after that. If you haven’t received an email within 10 days please contact our customer service team info@vitaelondon.com
